Leadership. With “Occupy Wall Street” and the presidential primaries going on, leadership is becoming an important daily issue. I believe that to understand the outer, we must also understand the inner, the “as above so below” idea. Therefore, it is just as important to look at how you lead yourself as to how the leaders attempt to lead you.

I would like you to notice what your body does the next time your feel frustrated. Perhaps you are driving and you hear some frustrating news on the radio. Or, you just get of the phone with one of those endless customer service loops that didn’t resolve your problem.
